- Agree on a topic/title to write about
- Write your article using the Notion template (I can use a shared Google Doc if necessary but I prefer to use Notion)
- Agree on a date when you will finish it - please be realistic to yourself as any delays will cause havoc for my newsletter project management.

- Write your article independently on the template (preferred)
- Brain dump everything for your article and I will tidy it up and make it flow, I will ask you to review the final copy

Guidance for writing:
- Your article should be 800-1200 words - use the Notion/Google Docs word counter tool
- To help with formatting, include sub-headers (questions work well), bullet points, numbered lists etc. Questions work well as sub
- Aim to use correct terminology (eg an individual is Neurodivergent, not Neurodiverse)
- Write in short paragraphs of a few lines each
- When sharing your personal experience there is no right or wrong, people will always benefit from hearing it! Be as open and brutally honest as you like
- However, if you are sharing stats or anything from research, the source must be fact-checked and must be cited at the bottom so please link this in the template
- Only publish your article to other places (eg your personal blog) once it’s been published on Dopamine Diaries.
